Network Bridges

Use the following links to monitor the status of the two core servers responsible for linking all repeaters currently supporting the vk-dmr network.
  1. Aus-1: xenon.vkdmr.net
  2. Aus-2: helium.vkdmr.net

Connecting to the network

1. Hytera & Motorola repeaters

These systems need to connect to the IPSC2 bridge.  Contact admin@vkdmr.net for the specific connection details for these systems.

2. Dongles/openspot/dv4mini etc:
These systems can connect to either the DMR+ or IPSC2 bridge.
Use the following details to configure your system to establish the connection:

  • Aus-2 Server: he.vkdmr.net
  • Port: 8880

3. mmdvm
These systems can connect to either the DMR+ or IPSC2 bridge.
Use the following details to configure your system to establish the connection:
  • Aus-2 Server: he.vkdmr.net
  • Port: 55555

Note:

1.  If you use a 7+ digit ID, it will connect as a hotspot (DMO) connection.  6 digits ID's will be treated as repeaters and will need to be configured to achieve full functionality.
Contact admin@vkmr.net for further information.

2. Use the domain name if this is supported by your system.  The IP addresses can change depending on the status of the servers, but we will ensure that the domain name are updated to reflect any changes.  If you need the real address, they are (currently):
  • he.vkdmr.net: 13.55.113.167
  • xe.vkdmr.net: 13.55.142.68
